The Nov. 10 program, co-presented by Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, will feature leaders in this growing field to discuss opportunities and legal considerations for investors, private foundations, financial advisers and for-profit entities.

Featured topics will include several discussions on the opportunities and legal considerations for various entities as they formulate forward-looking strategies that influence social agendas while considering investment risks and obligations to investors, governmental regulators and the public.

Keynote speaker Thomas DiNapoli, comptroller for the state of New York, will be joined by several speakers to explore strategies for private foundations, mature companies, venture capital and angel investors to generate beneficial social or environmental impact along with potential financial returns.
