This year, Sutradhaar returns as a curated storytelling experience celebrating public transport as a life-enabling public system.
We invite you to share a journey where public transport played a meaningful role in shaping your path, whether it enabled education, employment, independence, routine, or a new way of seeing the city.
Selected storytellers will perform before an esteemed jury as part of the Uddeshya 2026 experience and stand a chance to win an award.

ABOUT UDDESHYA 2026
Uddeshya 2026 is being organized under the aegis of MobiliseHER, a three-year project co-funded by EuropeAid. MobiliseHER aims to enable gender-responsive urban mobility to create more accessible and inclusive infrastructure and services. The project is undertaken in partnership between the Urban Electric Mobility Initiative (UEMI), WRI India, CEPT Research and Development Foundation (CRDF), and Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) India.
