The African Development Bank Group and the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA) will organise a webinar to share insights and best practices on mainstreaming climate change adaptation in the water sector. The webinar will present experiences from the Bank’s collaboration with the GCA’s Water and Urban Development program on integrating climate change adaptation into the Bank’s water sector projects and programs through the Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program (AAAP). Focus will be on the Bank’s water sector projects in Ethiopia, Burundi, a World Bank funded project in Chad, and the Bank’s climate ambitions and priorities.
