What Works- Behavioral Insights for Improved Product Desig
The results are in! Five years ago, CFSI, the Citi Foundation, and a coalition of funders set out to test new approaches for improving consumer financial health through behavior change. Through nonprofit-led projects, the Financial Capability Innovation Fund explored promising strategies such as ways to link financial products with guidance, best leverage technology, apply behavioral design principles to products, and leverage social networks to positively impact consumers.
