Final Rules for Title III, Retail Crowdfunding, to be Announced by SEC this Friday
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will reveal the final rules regarding Title III of the JOBS Act this Friday, October 30th. The long-awaited regulations will mark the completion of the bi-partisan bill that was signed into law over three years ago.
