Allison Langille
Ennovent

Allison Langille is the Director of Operations for Ennovent. She has over six years of project management and communications experience in the microfinance, social venture finance and entrepreneurship sectors. She spent time managing the frontline operations of two socially-focused small businesses and participated in the establishment of CARE Canada’s ’CARE Enterprise Partners’ social venture fund, focused on enabling East African entrepreneurs. Following this, Allison worked with Engineers Without Borders where she helped renew the organization’s approach to communication and marketing across Canada, West and Southern Africa. Allison spent 2011 in Calcutta, India as a Lok Capital Fellow working to build the social performance management systems for a medium-sized microfinance institution. Allison holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and, in addition to her strong involvement in Toronto’s economic development community, is a writer at SocialFinance.ca.
