David B. Guenther is a clinical assistant professor of law and director of the International Transactions Clinic at the University of Michigan Law School. He represents social enterprises in international financing and other international transactions. Prior to joining the Law School, Guenther was a partner at Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, P.C. in Ann Arbor, MI, and an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, NY, and Frankfurt, Germany. His practice focused primarily on U.S. and international transactions, financing, securities law and corporate governance. He taught English in Kenya in 1986-1987.
