Devin Olmack is a Senior Associate on the 60 Decibels team in New York. She is passionate about financial inclusion and gender equality at the intersection of impact measurement and international development. Prior to 60 Decibels, Devin worked on various monitoring and evaluation teams including at the United States Institute of Peace and at Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI). She also spent time working on Randomized Control Trials of financial inclusion projects in Kenya. Devin served as a Peace Corps Volunteer Ecuador where she partnered with local governments on gender equality and women’s economic empowerment programs. She holds an MS in Development Economics from Georgetown University where she specialized in Quantitative Analysis and Evaluation. Devin is a Michigan native and University of Michigan graduate with a BA in International Studies.
