Dhaval Monani is the founder and CEO of First Home Realty Solutions, a leading low cost housing provider in India, South East Asia and Africa. Dhaval previously started the Affordable Housing vertical as part of the Center for Emerging Market Solutions at the Indian School of Business, was the India head for a large Housing focused Private Equity Fund with whom he worked in South Africa and the Middle East. He has been a serial entrepreneur having founded a automotive supply chain optimization company in Spain during his MBA at the IESE Business School – Integrated Sourcing and a multi disciplinary design consulting ADD.Ventures. He also holds a Master of Design from the Domus Academy in Milan, an MA in Design from the University of Wales and Post Grad in Design from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. He has been a speaker at TED India and has been published in some of the leading international design publications.
