At Dalberg, Dia has also worked on innovative financing for off-grid solar in Sub-Saharan Africa, strategy design for another development impact bond in Asia, and the implementation of a pilot CSR program for a leading foundation in India. Dia’s career prior to Dalberg spans work at social enterprises, boutique accelerators, and impact investing platforms in the US and India.
