Isabelle leads insight2impact’s measurement work, including the financial needs (FinNeeds) measurement framework, using transactional data and demand-side surveys to draw out insights and emergent indicators for public policies on financial inclusion.

Isabelle joined Cenfri with 20 years of experience in international development in Africa and Asia. Previously she was the Global Technical Director for Evaluation and Impact Reporting for World Vision International, where she developed a global indicator framework, surveys and mobile data collection methodology for measuring and reporting on child well-being.

Isabelle holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations with development studies from the University of Sussex and a master’s in degree in development management from the London School of Economics.
