Josh Weinstein

Josh Weinstein is currently an independent consultant working with social enterprises in Kenya. In the past, Josh has worked with Technoserve, an agriculture development NGO, as a value chain consultant in Ghana, and with Kiva, an online P2P microfinance funding organization, representing the organization at one of its partner institutions, Negros Women for Tomorrow, in the Philippines. Josh spent three years as a strategy consultant at Investor Group Services in Boston, focusing on market due diligence and portfolio strategy reviews for private equity firms.

Josh is also the author of Develop Economies, a blog about microfinance, international economic development, and issues surrounding poverty alleviation. He earned a B.A. in Biology from Duke University.
