Monica Cuba is responsible for Gender and Knowledge Management in Practical Action’s Bolivia Office, where she has been working from 2010. Cuba manages a training in advocacy (London and Peru); and courses and experience in the management of tools and methodologies under the approaches of gender, popular education and risk management. Cuba holds a master’s degree in Intelligent Communication and a degree in Social Communication and Political Science. Cuba has nearly 20 years of experience in communication for development.
