Peter Simiyu is Regional Director, Africa at EcoSecurities, a global leader in climate solutions that harnesses the power of nature, technology, and finance to accelerate decarbonisation efforts worldwide.

Peter is a seasoned expert with more than 15 years’ experience in agroecology, sustainable agriculture and climate-smart agriculture. He has a proven track record in developing and managing climate-related projects within the private sector. Throughout his career, Peter has actively contributed to numerous multi-stakeholder initiatives and roundtable discussions, including those focused on clean cooking and climate-smart agriculture. His work has been instrumental in advancing sustainable practices and addressing climate challenges across diverse sectors.
