Simon helped develop Konexa’s integrated distribution model and currently manages donor relationships. Prior to joining Konexa, Simon founded Elevate Strategies, a strategy and research firm focused on accelerating market based solutions to development challenges. Previously, he worked as an Associate Director in both FSG’s Geneva and Mumbai offices where he led engagements with multinational corporations, donor agencies and foundations across a wide range of issue areas including access to energy, finance, and global health.

Simon started his career working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Berlin. He holds a BA and MA in International Relations and Governance from the University of St. Gallen, and an MSc in International Management from the Global Alliance in Management Education (CEMS).
