Tatiana Rincón

Tatiana is the Vice President of Social and Livelihood Promotion at Fundación Capital. She has over 15 years of experience in social protection, poverty reduction policy and graduation programs.

Before joining Fundación Capital, Tatiana worked for the Carter Center and as a consultant for the International Fund for Agricultural Development. She was the coordinator of the National Economic Development and Trade Project spearheaded by the European Union Delegation to Colombia and the Colombian Ministry of Commerce. She was also Director of International Cooperation for the Ministry of Justice and the Interior. She has taught and directed the graduate program on international cooperation at the Externado University of Colombia.

Tatiana holds a master’s in international relations from Carleton University in Canada and holds a degree in finance and international relations from the Externado University of Colombia.
