Accelerating Entrepreneurship With Impact Data

Santa Clara University’s Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship has supported and nurtured more than 1300 social enterprises in the last twenty-five years and now will become the first investors for them.

So how to assure the success of these social enterprises?

Last year, Miller Center teamed up with Sopact to help social enterprises become impact management ready to make data-driven decisions. They are ready to share their journey from strategy to impact data dashboard.

Each social enterprise will present its outcome-based dashboards, impact learning, and impact thesis.

Presenters: Sopact, Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprises:

1) Kidogo: A social enterprise building the leading network of quality, affordable childcare centers in East Africa’s low-income communities.

2) Oorja: A farming-as-a-service (FaaS) company that operates between sustainable agriculture and renewable energy.

3) The Harvest Fund: A social enterprise leveraging technology, finance, and training to cultivate independence for marginalized African women in agriculture.

4) Fargreen: A social enterprise helping to grow sustainable, climate-resilient farming communities in Vietnam and beyond.

Join us to be part of their learnings. Each social enterprise will present its outcome-based dashboards, impact learning, and impact thesis.

Thank you.
