Impact-Linked Fund for Gender Inclusive Fintech
The Impact-Linked Finance Fund, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) proudly present the launch of the Impact-Linked Fund for Gender Inclusive Fintech (ILF for GIF). The ILF for GIF is a highly innovative fund that strives to trigger gender-transformative impact in the financial inclusion sector.
By providing catalytic capital and using Impact-Linked Finance instruments, the Fund incentivizes fintechs to achieve deeper gender impact and substantially improves their ability to scale. Eligible fintechs from Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, or Asia have to meet at least one of the 2X Challenge Criteria. A special focus of the ILF for GIF are fintechs serving vulnerable women, such as migrants.
