RI Europe, the continent’s leading sustainable business and finance conference is back in 2018 on 5th-6th June at London’s best conference venue directly opposite the iconic Houses of Parliament: etc.venues County Hall.

This is a key year for responsible investment in Europe on the back of the EU’s response to the High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance that will feed into its Capital Markets Union economic growth strategy.

RI Europe is a unique opportunity to learn, share and debate on responsible investment issues with 650+ investment professionals from across the globe.

And this year, we are stepping up another gear in terms of the quality of content and speakers, the depth and rigour with which topics will be addressed, and the ‘challenge’ we are posing ourselves for the event: to address, answer and ‘problem solve’ real sustainable finance questions with a view to elicit change and action.

We will no longer have plenary and panel ‘moderators’ because we do not aim to be moderate.

Instead we will have plenary and panel ‘debate leaders’ with the task of addressing specific questions to our speakers, and then rounding up the following discussion into a clear set of answers and ‘takeaways’.

We will, of course, maintain the high-level investor attendance, networking and conviviality the event is renowned for.

This year’s 11th annual conference is the place to be for those that are serious about responsible investment and sustainable finance.
