TaroWorks Webinar: Building Self-Reliance for Refugees With a Case Management System

To recognize World Refugee Day this month, join TaroWorks for a webinar with RefugePoint’s Paul Karanja, as he shares how the humanitarian aid organization uses mobile and cloud technology to identify refugees in need, direct critical services through a case management approach, and ultimately help refugees gain long-term self-reliance.

Helping Refugees Achieve a Better Quality of Life

RefugePoint is a nonprofit that serves at-risk refugees using a full-service model to facilitate self-reliance. The focus on self-reliance provides a long-term solution that enables refugees to lead healthy, dignified lives and become contributing members of society again. RefugePoint uses a case management approach to serve refugees, by assigning a Case Manager that directs services, ranging from social work, to business training and providing business grants.

Tracking Comprehensive Service Delivery and Impact

Using TaroWorks’ mobile field service app and a system designed with Vera Solutions, RefugePoint is able to reach approximately 10,000 refugees per year, and work intensively with a core caseload of about 1,500 refugees. Join them to see how they target, track services delivered, and monitor the refugees’ progress toward self reliance.

Can’t Attend? – TaroWorks will send the webinar recording to everyone who registers for the live session, so if you can’t make it, do sign up to receive the recording and related information.
