The Age of Impact: Integrating the Triple Bottom Line in EVERYTHING with Geoff Davis
How far and how deep should we be integrating the principles of impact into society? How about everywhere. The requirements of the Decade of Action put the onus for transformational change “on all sectors of society to mobilize…on three levels: global action to secure greater leadership, more resources and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals; local action embedding the needed transitions in the policies, budgets, institutions and regulatory frameworks of governments, cities and local authorities; and people action, including by youth, civil society, the media, the private sector, unions, academia and other stakeholders, to generate an unstoppable movement pushing for the required transformations.”
In this live fireside chat and audience Q&A, Impact Entrepreneur’s Laurie Lane-Zucker welcomes veteran impact investor, entrepreneur and Sorenson Impact Center CEO Geoff Davis to discuss a great transition underway: transforming their long legacy of extractive capitalism into a new Age of Impact, and how the new era of the triple bottom line is moving rapidly toward expressing itself in all decisions at all levels of society.
