Theory of Change – Principles
About this event
A Theory of Change can be visualised as a process diagram that illustrates plausible or proven links between your interventions/ outputs (i.e. the things you do to try and create change) and the outcomes they create.
Having a Theory of Change for each social project (and organisation-wide) can support your case for funding, and help you spot ideas that can make your services more effective.
Together, we will cover:
- What and Why?
- Limitations
- Building your Theory of Change
- Methodology
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
Laura Bassett, Partnerships Director at Integrate, will lead the session, and there will be space for group discussion and Q&A.
Get in touch with Eoin Heffernan eoin.heffernan@integrateagency.co.uk if you have any questions about the event or would like a particular question or item raised during the event.
