Press Release: IFAD and Government of India Launch Eight-Year Roadmap to Expand Investments and Scale Incomes in Rural Areas
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Government of India today launched a new eight-year country strategy to expand income and opportunities in rural areas. The announcement was made at the IFAD–India Partnership for Rural Prosperity event held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, bringing together senior government representatives, IFAD leadership, development partners, private sector actors and practitioners.
