Fay has over eight years’ experience in project management in both financial services and international development sectors, and has worked on development projects focused on Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria and Uganda. Most recently he managed the launch and implementation of a USAID and DFID supported innovation fund for health enterprises serving base of the pyramid populations where he led the selection, grant management and technical assistance delivery processes, and helped to develop linkages between grantees and impact investors. Fay has experience in business model design, capacity building and assessment, market based partnerships for health, supply chain innovation for global health, social entrepreneurship and impact investing.
