Social Impact & Innovation Consultant, artist and mother of three boys, Carolina designs, assists and advices programs and entreprenuers in optimization their impact in her home country (Argentina), in her region (Latin America) and around the world. Her background in Business Administration, focused in developing strategies for banking human resources, allows her to analyze, design, implement, follow, evaluate and measure social scalable models.

Between 1992 and 2002 Carolina worked for Deloitte, Citibank, Accenture and Banco Galicia In the public sector, Carolina has experience as consultant to IDB in projects related to the government the city of Buenos Aires.

In 2002 Carolina joined Ashoka and for a decade she collaborated in building bridges between social and private sectors. She developed and led an innovative initiative: ASN a network of social investors who devoted time, money, knowledge and contacts to leverage social entrepreneurs´ system changing models.

Working from the Inside Out : IDB’s inaugural conference on scaling corporate social enterprise explores building bridges

Last month the Inter-American Development Bank and its associate organizations organized in the first-ever Scaling Corporate Social Enterprise Conference in Santiago, Chile. Entrepreneurs and "intrapreneurs" shared experiences during the event, which allowed reflection over the obstacles each one finds when attempting to scale their social change models.
