Eva Valencia is a sustainability transitions specialist. She is currently working as Scaling Coordinator in CIMMYT, passionate to bridge the science-practitioner gap to increase impact of projects and promote governance processes. For this, she advocates to integrate scaling with system thinking approaches, and translate technical language to more accessible language for all. She uses the tool of the Scaling Scan to promote the development of scaling strategies.

Also, she is the founder of Tricolor Coalition, a doughnut economics coalition for Mexico City working in water and energy sustainability transitions. This coalition promotes governance processes to inform and develop collaborative public-private-social projects with Mexico City sustainability decision-makers and other agents of change.
