Hannah Blair
CLASP

Hannah Blair is a Senior Communications Associate at CLASP, an international organization working to improve the energy and environmental performance of the appliances & equipment we use every day. Based in Nairobi, Hannah works at the intersection of appliance energy efficiency policy and consumer awareness raising campaigns, as well as develops articles and publications on the latest research and insights from innovative clean energy access projects. Prior to joining CLASP, Hannah worked for several health-focused NGOs and government-sponsored initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa. She graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in International Studies and Global Health.

 

Siena Hacker is an Associate at CLASP supporting the Efficiency for Access Coalition, which accelerates global clean energy access through high-performing appliances. In addition to researching medical equipment in un- and under-electrified areas, she focuses on the intersections of gender, access to finance, and the uptake of efficient appliances. Siena graduated from Scripps College with a BA in Environment, Economics, and Politics and a thesis on US utility markets, “A Western Interconnection Regional System Operator: Benefits and Barriers.”
