Jenny Holden is a Principal Consultant at Kore Global, a women-led impact advisory firm working globally at the intersection of gender equality, inclusive finance, and systems change. She brings almost 20 years of experience leading gender and social inclusion research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. She has deep expertise in gender-lens investing (GLI), impact evaluation, the care economy, gender-based violence prevention, and women’s economic empowerment, and is passionate about generating evidence to strengthen more inclusive and equitable investment and development practice. Jenny’s expertise builds on extensive experience working with development finance institutions, institutional investors, bilateral and multilateral agencies, UN organizations, foundations, and research partners. She has led multiple evaluations of 2X-aligned investment portfolios and directed research on both the impact and business case for GLI. Jenny holds an MA in Medical Anthropology from the University of Sussex, and a BA in International Development Studies and Mandarin from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
