Miriam Davidovic began working with mission-driven companies in 2017 while providing copywriting, graphic design, web development, governance policy writing, communications and PR support. Since 2020, she has been the Impact and Marketing Director at Shah-Hemp Inno-Ventures, where she led the company to B Corp certification and continues to implement new impact authentication solutions through NFTs and blockchain-based proof of workers’ rights protection alongside carbon mitigation. She founded the Impact | Finance | Evolved (IFE) community project in 2021 based on the unmet market need for workers’ rights protection during the impact and ESG assessment process. Miriam leads data privacy, verification, blockchain and impact-financial integration initiatives across the IFE community. Her project-based experience spans across Europe, North America, South Africa, South-East Asia and the Middle East. While her areas of work include purpose-driven company policy and practice, including:  marketing, public relations, information technology  ESG and impact assessments,  intellectual property protection, impact finance, impact measurement and management.
