Rolph Droste is Bopinc’s Circularity and Regeneration Lead. He oversees its strategy and projects aimed at reducing its global ecological overshoot. Most of Rolph’s work evolves around the reduction of energy and material needs, and intends to create fair circular and regenerative solutions for low-income markets.

Rolph has helped develop loops for materials and resources to solve issues around food waste, e-waste and plastic waste in different countries like Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya and Bangladesh. Moreover, he is involved in several initiatives that aim to develop more sustainable food systems that include regenerative practices such as agroforestry.

Rolph holds a Master of Sociology of Consumption degree from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of International Development Sociology degree from VU University.
