The Women Deliver 2023 Conference (WD2023) will take place in-person in Kigali, Rwanda, as well as virtually, from 17-20 July 2023. As one of the largest multi-sectoral convenings to advance gender equality, WD2023 will convene 6,000 people in Kigali and 200,000+ people online through the virtual Conference and six-month Global Dialogue leading up to the Conference. WD2023 will enable inclusive and co-created spaces that foster solidarity for sustainable solutions on gender equality.

This conference is the evolution of the National Carbon Farming Conference & Expo. It also incorporates the Soil Carbon Industry Group (SCIG) one-day Soil Carbon Summit. Held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in July, the event aims to showcase the best available nature-based solutions and methods for farmers, landholders, fishers and foresters, both domestic and international.

Organisers say: “Working together, we will activate action in Blue Carbon, Soil Carbon, Tree Carbon and by adding the magic of biodiversity improvements, we will discover the holistic answer to some of the issues. Those who can implement carbon projects in any or all these areas have the opportunity to offer the world hope and real results.”
