Oikocredit proudly marks 50 years of pioneering work in impact investing. To celebrate this milestone — and to look forward — we are launching The Oikocredit Impact Event, a full-day gathering of changemakers, investors, partners, and thought leaders from around the globe.

Under the theme The Impact Evolution – Changing the World by Investing Differently, this special event reflects on Oikocredit’s legacy while inviting all participants to engage with the next chapter of impact finance. The event will showcase how purpose-driven capital can foster social and environmental resilience in the face of global challenges and how values-based investing is not only possible, but essential.

This is not a typical anniversary celebration. It is a timely and future-focused event to share insight and to strengthen alliances. Get to know new pathways in inclusive finance, agriculture and renewable energy. This is an invitation to join in shaping the next 50 years of global impact.

About The Oikocredit Impact Event
In a time of increasing inequality, political unrest, and economic strain, the question of how money moves — and what it moves for — has become more urgent than ever. Traditional systems are under pressure. Public resources are limited. Communities are facing overlapping climate, financial, and social risks.

Oikocredit has spent five decades building a different approach: one rooted in partnership, inclusion, and community ownership. The Oikocredit Impact Event offers a space to connect our experiences with the ideas of today’s global changemakers, and to co-create a future of fairer financial flows.
