Chitraksh Sharma is a consultant at Hystra. Since 2021, he has provided technical assistance on the sales model of a last-mile fast-moving consumer goods distributor in Uganda, and the marketing strategy of a day-care hospital in South Africa. Beyond last-mile distribution, he participated in the “Access to Health” study on innovative healthcare initiatives aiming to gather and disseminate novel perspectives around (chronic diseases) patient-centric and inclusive healthcare business models in low-income countries. He has also supported a multinational consumer goods company in analysing the social and environmental impact of transitioning their packaging from plastic to paper, and worked with an international development agency to design and launch a Private Sector Engagement program in East Africa.

Before joining Hystra, Chitraksh worked as a strategy consultant for the asset management industry, focusing on ESG investments, and in banking risk and compliance for the national bank of Kuwait in France. Chitraksh graduated with a Masters from Sciences Po Paris, specialising in sustainability in management and finance, after having completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics in India.
