Tech in Ghana 2025
Held twice a year, once in London and once in Accra, Tech in Ghana has become the leading UK-Ghana platform that brings together Ghana’s tech ecosystem for global knowledge sharing, valuable networking, and to showcase innovation
Since launching in 2017, the high-level event has featured over 300 speakers and tech companies, and received support from entities including Ghana’s Ministry of Communications, the British High Commission, and London Tech Week – Europe’s biggest startup festival.
Tech in Ghana supports Ghana’s burgeoning tech industry by providing a platform to highlight, engage, stimulate and connect with founders, government agencies, corporate tech companies, and key players and influencers both locally and globally.
The platform features interactive plenary and breakout discussions with leaders in the sector, B2B networking, and a tech innovation showcase.
Tech in Ghana is the brainchild of award-winning communications expert Akosua Annobil, who in 2018 was named in the Financial Times as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic Leaders in the UK Tech Sector.

2025Tech in Ghana 2025
Our 16th edition will take place at His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II’s Jubilee Hall and is the first time Tech in Ghana has been hosted in the Ashanti region.
As Ghana’s historical capital and the seat of the Ashanti Kingdom, Kumasi embodies tradition and heritage, yet today, it’s also a rising centre for entrepreneurship, investment, innovation and technology advancement.
With strategic support from the Ashanti Investment Trust this year’s Royal Edition will explore how traditional industries including manufacturing, education, and agriculture are transforming with cutting-edge technologies.
