Senior Sales Manager for a High Growth Solar Company in Nepal

As a Sales Manager, you will join our senior management team to:

• Develop sales strategy, tactics, and plans for key market segments

• Generate new opportunities, and constantly meet clients and prospects

• Set sales targets and monitor/drive sales performance

• Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff

• Compile and analyze sales figures

• Collect customer feedback and research market and competition

Candidates should have experience selling mid to large size deals ($50,000+) to businesses, government, and NGOs. An MBA is a big plus. 3-5 years of sales and management experience, excellent communication skills, and high energy level are required attributes.
