Nneka Chime is a Partner at CrossBoundary Advisory where she co-leads the Africa advisory team. Nneka has a first-class Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, she was part of the founding team of an impact investment fund that made seed and early-stage healthcare investments across Africa. She has also worked at McKinsey and Company and Shell as a process engineer in downstream refining.

At CrossBoundary, Nneka leads investment facilitation projects in key markets across Africa and manages strategic relationships with key clients. She leads CrossBoundary’s involvement in the Power Africa Nigeria Power Sector Program, the USAID West Africa Trade and Investment Hub, and the Power and Prosper Africa Clean Tech Energy Network. She has directly overseen over ~US $150 million in closed transactions into 60+ companies in the clean energy, climate tech and agribusiness sectors. Nneka is also a Board member of the Corporate Council on Africa, focused on increasing U.S. and Africa investment and business linkages.
