Bodunde Akinola is an Associate Principal in CrossBoundary’s Nigeria Advisory team. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Nottingham. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, he worked at Shell and Global Oceon, providing technical assistance on upstream oil and gas projects.

At CrossBoundary, Bodunde has provided transaction and strategic advisory to public and private sector clients across several sectors including energy, agriculture, financial services and technology. He currently leads investment facilitation, strategy and capacity building workstreams under the Nigeria Power Sector Program, where he has helped to facilitate over US $150 million in investment into off-grid companies in Nigeria. He has also provided strategic advisory to Prosper Africa to increase two-way trade and investment between Africa and the U.S.
