Beryl Oyier is an inclusive business leader with a background in social and medical anthropology attained through a career spanning over 10 years. She has acquired key project management and technical skills in different low-income markets in Africa including urban, peri- urban and rural market segments. She has implemented and given oversight in projects and activities in Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia and Nigeria.

As Country Director – Kenya at Bopinc, Beryl leads programs that support multinationals, SMEs, and entrepreneurs in developing inclusive business models. She applies innovative tools and strategies to drive market access, entrepreneurship, and empowerment within low-income communities. Her expertise spans agri-food, renewable energy, and WASH, with a strong focus on gender-transformative approaches.

Beryl holds a Master of Arts (MA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Anthropology both from the University of Nairobi.
