Guillaume Massot is a Project Manager at Hystra. Since joining in 2019, he has focused on health and nutrition access in low- and middle-income countries. For the past three years, he has been a core member of the technical assistance facility supporting Sanofi’s Impact Fund portfolio, leading operational diagnostics for new investees and driving assignments across sales, operations and management in Asia and Africa. In 2024, he spent six months in Cambodia supporting PillTech, a local pharmaceutical wholesaler, in scaling its provincial distribution network.

Prior to this health-focused work, Guillaume led two nutrition assignments: a two-year market test assessing the commercial viability of a food supplement for pregnant and lactating women in Pakistan – including a couple months of fieldwork across the country – and strategic support to the Gates Foundation’s bouillon fortification program, accelerating the pathway towards voluntary standards in Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Nigeria. He also worked across energy access sectors, including solar and clean cooking with the French Development Agency (AFD).

Before joining Hystra, he contributed to the launch of ReBin, an organic waste treatment facility in Benin, and carried out audit assignments at PwC Switzerland. Guillaume holds an MSc from ESSEC Business School and a BSc from HEC Lausanne.
