Laura Collet leads Sanofi’s Global Health Unit Impact Fund. Since launching the Fund in 2022, she has led its investment and technical assistance strategy, deploying over €10M across eight health-tech entrepreneurs working to improve access to healthcare for underserved populations across sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia, with a focus on non-communicable diseases.

Laura joined Sanofi in 2013, progressively taking on roles across finance, operations, M&A, and international development. She spent several years based in Latin America – managing finance and supply chain in Central America and business development in Mexico – before returning to Paris to lead M&A projects and then serve as Chief of Staff for Sanofi’s Africa business operations. Her move into global health came through her subsequent role as Head of NCD Partnerships, where she developed the partnership strategy that laid the groundwork for the Impact Fund.

Before Sanofi, Laura spent three years as a strategy consultant at Eurogroup Consulting, and began her career with NGO and microfinance work in Ecuador and Mexico. She holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School.
