Pritika Kasliwal is an Innovation Lead at Brink, a behavioural innovation agency which puts people at the heart of innovation. She specialises in a blend of venture building and coaching, systems innovation and research and evidence across tech, climate and health portfolios.

Pritika is currently leading Brink’s partnership with Enabel, which includes supporting the portfolio of transition-to-scale non-profit ventures as they financially diversify, and undertaking research on scaling pathways through financial diversification and government adoption. She has previously led the Oxygen CoLab’s scaling commercially portfolio, investing and coaching oxygen social enterprises and non-profits in Africa towards sustainable scale, coached early-stage tech ventures for the Frontier Technologies Hub and undertaken participatory research on the future of the informal economy in Kenya.

Pritika’s experience builds on nearly a decade across innovation, research, climate and international development. Before Brink, she worked in International Climate Finance for the UK Government, which included managing two climate investment vehicles bringing a commercial and government perspective on scaling innovations.

Pritika holds an MSC in Global Prosperity, exploring transformative entrepreneurship, innovation theory and systems change perspectives and a BSc in Economics.
